Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you need to inform our support team at 911@fitshot.tech or +91-11-69951112 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6:30 PM).

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and a gift card will be issued for the value of the product. The gift card can be redeemed on www.fitshot.tech for your future purchases which would be valid for 1 year.

Cancellation After Shipment

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have already been shipped but not been delivered, a gift card will be issued for the face value of the product and it would be initiated after deducting the courier/shipment charges (Flat ₹50).

The gift card can only be entertained only after the product is checked and verified by our support team. The gift card can be redeemed on www.fitshot.tech for your future purchases which would be valid for 1 year.

Replacements and Refunds

I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

Our shipments go through rigorous quality checks before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or in transit, if the product received is in damaged condition or if the wrong product is delivered, you must request a replacement of the product within 48 hours of receiving it. There should be a short clip while opening the shipment showing the product was received damaged. This would be checked and verified by our support team. If the product is malfunctioning as soon as it is received:

Our shipments go through rigorous quality checks before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case of receiving the product which is malfunctioning, It has to be notified by the customer within 48 hours of receiving it. Our support team will arrange for the reverse pickup and check the functioning of the product. After checking if there is a manufacturing defect found the product would be replaced, If it is a no-defect product then the same product would be shipped.

What if the product is not found up to your expectations after purchasing it?

In case you find the product not up to your expectations after purchasing it, you need to inform the same to our support team within 48 hours of receiving it, ensuring that there are no scratches on the product, it is with original packaging and in saleable condition. For this, you need to write to our support team at 911@fitshot.tech or call us on +91-11-69951112 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6:30 PM).

In such cases, there would be a gift card issued for the face value of the product which can be redeemed on www.fitshot.tech, only once the products have been received back and verified by our support team. The gift card would be valid for 1 year.

Note: Products will not be replaced under the following circumstances:

  • Physical damage not notified within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • An electrical surge/fluctuation or any damage caused at the users' end.

Warranty Reward

If you purchase any product directly from our website, you get an extra 30-day extended warranty on that particular product.

Warranty Policy

Fitshot smartwatches come under a warranty of 365 days against any manufacturing-related issues. The accessories (magnetic pin charging cable) which come along with the smartwatch come under a warranty of 90 days. The wear-and-tear accessories such as the straps are not covered under warranty.
