Since last six months we have been trying all possible numbers to reach to check the defect in watch. No number works , all wrong service numbers here on all channels. Looks fraudulent. Beware !! Nowhere you can get their charger. Waste of money
Brought two watch and both have battery issues in the first month. They have touch pad issues & it's not even functioning properly.
I purchased fitshot junior in April2024. From day one, it has battery problem. the watch hardly runs for 8 hrs after full charging. Its operating software sometimes malfunctions. The battery life in app and the watch doesn’t shows same. Not worth it
1. Geolocation has always been erratic. 2. But as if that was nto enough, the watch has suddenly stopped getting charged. I got two charging cables and checked but it doesn't work. I kept sending unending emails and the questions from the company doesn't end. I don't get any support to rectify the problems immediately. The claim of assuring child safety is bungled up.
Charging cable is not available anywhere! We lost the cable and been in look for it since a month. Watch is unable to be used because of this issue. The site as well as the app does not hold options to buy an additional charger!
